Hourly Wage: $14/hr + tips
LEGALLY PERMITTED TO WORK IN USA: You will be required to provide proof of eligibility to work in the USA via originals or copies one of the following: (1) U.S. Passport (2) California ID card + social security card
UNDER AGE 18? If you are under age 18 you will be required to obtain a work permit from your school counselor AND your parents will need to sign off on the form as well. If hired, we'll send you the form.
FOOD HANDLER CARD: You only have to get this if you are hired (you are not expected to have this prior to interviewing for a position). If hired, we'll show you where you can get this card online!
STANDING & LIFTING: Our team is generally on their feet throughout their shift. Team members consistently cleaning, lifting boxes/heavy (30 lb.) yogurt containers, 2-gallon buckets, etc.
ACCESS TO SMARTPHONE or COMPUTER: Swirl uses a website/app called 'When I Work' for scheduling, attendance & communication. This app is accessible via a smartphone or web browser.
ALLERGIES: Our store often has yogurts that contain nuts (e.g. peanut butter yogurt, pistachio, etc.) and other common allergens (milk, eggs, kiwi, cherries). Employees must be able to handle these products safely
