Hourly Wage: $16 per hour wage + $4-6 per hour tips = $20-22 per hour total
**PLEASE NOTE**
- We only hire new employees that can commit to working at Swirl for at least 1 year. In other words, we unfortunately do *not* hire for summer only positions. This is because it takes several months to be fully trained as a Swirl employee.
- If you are a senior in high school AND you plan to remain in Marin for at least 1 year after graduating high school, you are eligible to apply!
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
LEGALLY PERMITTED TO WORK IN USA: You will be required to provide proof of eligibility to work in the USA via originals or copies one of the following: (1) U.S. Passport or (2) California ID card + social security card
AT LEAST 14 YEARS OLD AND IN HIGH SCHOOL (OR OLDER): If you are under 18 years old, you must obtain a work permit from your school counselor and the form must be signed by your parents as well. If you are hired, we'll provide you with the form!
FOOD HANDLER CARD: You only have to get this if you are hired (you are not expected to have this prior to interviewing for a position). If hired, we'll show you where you can get this card online!
STANDING & LIFTING: Our team is generally on their feet throughout their shift. Team members consistently cleaning, lifting boxes/heavy (30 lb.) yogurt containers, 2-gallon buckets, etc.
ACCESS TO SMARTPHONE or COMPUTER: Swirl uses a website/app called 'When I Work' for scheduling, attendance & communication. This app is accessible via a smartphone or web browser.
ALLERGIES: Our store often has yogurts that contain nuts (e.g. peanut butter yogurt, pistachio, etc.) and other common allergens (milk, eggs, kiwi, cherries). Employees must be able to handle these products safely
